Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and assigned public areas to established 5-star luxury standards.
• Prepare rooms for arrival, including bed making, dusting, vacuuming, bathroom sanitation, and replenishment of amenities.
• Ensure all guest supplies, linens, and amenities are fully stocked and presented according to brand standards.
• Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and overall presentation meet quality expectations.
• Report maintenance defects, damages, and safety hazards promptly to the Engineering or Supervisory team.
• Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution or escalation when required.
• Maintain proper use and care of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Follow daily task schedules and productivity targets while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Adhere strictly to health, hygiene, and safety standards, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Respect guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Support deep cleaning projects and special assignments as directed by supervisors.
• Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team, Front Office, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Comply with hotel SOPs, grooming standards, and luxury service expectations.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in Housekeeping or Hospitality is an advantage.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Attendant in a 5-star or luxury hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemical usage.
• Fluency in Russian and basic English communication skills are required.
• Additional language skills are an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
