Overview
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
Housekeeping Attendant
to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in guest rooms and public areas while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas according to company standards.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities and supplies.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust assigned areas regularly.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored properly.
- Respond politely and professionally to guest requests and inquiries.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Assist with laundry duties and other housekeeping tasks as required.
