Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site House Maid cum Nanny role based in Dubai.
The role involves maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic living environment, including daily cleaning of rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, as well as managing laundry, ironing, and basic household organization.
The House Maid cum Nanny will support childcare needs, including supervising children, assisting with meals, ensuring their safety, and engaging them in age-appropriate, educational, and recreational activities.
The role may include occasional support for household guests, simple meal preparation, and coordination with family members regarding schedules and routines.
The successful candidate will follow hygiene and safety standards, respect family privacy, and communicate proactively about household and childcare needs.
Qualifications
- Strong household maintenance skills, including Laundry and general Organization Skills.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact respectfully with family members, children, and visitors.
- Capacity to learn and improve through Training, and openness to follow household guidelines and routines.
- Previous experience as a housekeeper, nanny, or similar residential support role is preferred.
- Ability to care for children responsibly, with patience, empathy, and attention to safety.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene, cleaning products, and safe use of household equipment.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Dubai, with flexibility in working hours as needed.
- Basic English communication skills; additional language skills are an advantage.
