Role overview

Cleaning and maintenance

• Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, and polish floors and surfaces.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms and kitchen or pantry areas.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste and recycling according to company procedures.
• Wipe doors, windowsills, glass partitions, and common surfaces.
• Maintain cleaning equipment in good working order.
• Perform deep cleaning of carpets, upholstery, or external windows where safe and applicable.

Safety, inventory, and compliance

• Handle and store cleaning chemicals and supplies safely.
• Report damage, maintenance needs, and safety hazards to the Supervisor promptly.
• Monitor cleaning supply stock and notify the Supervisor when supplies are needed.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, hygiene standards, and cleaning schedules; complete tasks efficiently and on time.

Requirements

• Previous Cleaner, Housekeeper, or similar experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Good physical stamina and health; ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and perform demanding tasks.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow verbal and written instructions, and time management.
• Basic English or other relevant language skills for effective communication.

Compensation and benefits
