Job Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to guests
- Introduce menu items, promotions, and assist customers with ordering
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
- Assist in table setup, clearing, and daily restaurant operations
- Handle customer inquiries and basic complaints professionally
- Follow company SOP and hygiene standards
- Cooperate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operation
Job Requirements
- Previous F&B or restaurant experience is preferred
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong sense of responsibility
- Basic English communication required
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Candidates with hotpot / Asian restaurant experience are preferred
