Core Role
A Hotel Supervisor oversees daily operations within a specific department (e.g., front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage) or the entire property during a shift. They act as a bridge between frontline staff and management, ensuring service standards, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Staff Management: Assign tasks, train new hires, monitor performance, and coordinate breaks.
- Guest Relations: Resolve complaints, handle special requests, and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out experience.
- Operations: Inspect rooms/public areas, manage inventory (linens, supplies), oversee dining services, and ensure compliance with safety/cleanliness standards.
- Administration: Prepare shift reports, manage petty cash, update room statuses, and communicate maintenance issues.
- Crisis Handling: Address emergencies (e.g., overbookings, noise complaints, medical incidents) calmly and efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: AED140,000.00 - AED180,000.00 per year
