We are looking for

Your day to day duties include

• Checking guests in and out of the hotel and managing guest accounts, ensuring all necessary paperwork and payment details are properly handled.
• Assisting guests with inquiries, requests, and providing information about the hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Addressing and resolving guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Handling phone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to the appropriate departments or guests.
• Managing the hotel's front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organised and well maintained.
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service, adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
• Preparing reports and updating occupancy statistics.
