Overview
- Handle and process reservation requests, ensuring accurate data entry through established systems.
- Monitor reservations, modifications, cancellations, and continuously update operational data and bookings per established procedures.
- Coordinate and communicate with hotels and service providers to ensure reservations are confirmed and services are ready.
- Oversee check-in and check-out processes, ensuring the execution of reservations and hotel services aligns with agreements and operational plans.
- Conduct field monitoring as needed to verify guest arrivals or departures and ensure services are delivered as required while addressing operational observations.
- Coordinate with management and relevant departments to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
- Monitor operational issues and communications related to reservations or hotel services, addressing them or escalating to management as necessary.
- Assist in supporting clients and vendors, providing relevant reservation and service information while coordinating with management.
- Contribute to identifying business opportunities or requests and elevating them to management to support business growth and increase revenues.
- Prepare and update operational reports, reservation reports, and escalate observations and updates to management.
- Adhere to operational policies and procedures, ensuring quality service and customer experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or any related field.
Minimum Experience
- Experience of at least two years in reservations or hotel operations or hospitality.
- Experience in dealing with hotels and operational systems and reservations is preferred.
