Operational excellence

• Oversee daily operations across multiple hotel properties and ensure adherence to brand standards and service benchmarks.
• Drive compliance with brand standards, SOPs, health and safety guidelines, and service-quality norms.
• Conduct audits and quality checks and drive corrective and preventive actions with hotel partners.
• Coordinate with hotel partners and resolve issues promptly.
• Improve guest satisfaction through effective service recovery.

Business development and sales

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new hotel properties; negotiate agreements and align partners with operating procedures.
• Coordinate launches of signed properties with the central business development team.
• Drive regional sales performance with internal sales teams and property owners to meet portfolio revenue targets.
• Support MICE deal closures, pricing, promotions, campaigns, and business development with local corporate clients, event organizers, and travel planners.

Team and partner management

• Lead, mentor, and develop hotel teams to deliver a strong guest experience.
• Train hotel staff in brand values, SOPs, and customer service.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with hotel owners and partners.

What the employer is looking for

• Have 4–6 years of hospitality management experience and demonstrated success in operations and business development.
• Have proven experience in hospitality property acquisition and/or sales.
• Bring strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
• MICE knowledge and experience is highly desirable.
• Demonstrate analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Be willing to travel extensively within the assigned geography.
• Bring an entrepreneurial approach focused on execution and accountability.
