We are seeking a Hotel Manager to join One&Only One Za’abeel, reporting directly to the General Manager.
This role holds full operational responsibility for all Rooms divisions, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Spa, and Recreation, with a clear focus on driving both commercial performance and service excellence across the hotel.
As Hotel Manager, you will lead the day to day operations of the property, ensuring that guest experience standards are consistently delivered while meeting financial and operational targets.
You will actively manage performance through key metrics, balancing occupancy, rate, cost control, and productivity, while identifying opportunities to maximise revenue and improve profitability across all areas under your responsibility.
A strong emphasis on quality management is critical in this role.
You will establish and maintain rigorous service standards, ensuring consistency across all guest touchpoints and driving continuous improvement through feedback, audits, and operational reviews.
You will work closely with department heads to embed a culture of accountability, attention to detail, and pride in delivery.
You will also play a key role in shaping the overall direction of the hotel alongside the General Manager and senior leadership team, contributing to strategic planning and ensuring alignment between operational execution and business goals.
Building strong cross functional relationships, particularly with Food and Beverage and Sales, will be essential to deliver a seamless and commercially sound guest experience.
Leadership is at the core of this role.
You will inspire and develop your teams, building strong departmental leaders and ensuring high levels of engagement, capability, and succession readiness.
The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in a similar role within luxury hospitality, with strong commercial acumen and the ability to deliver measurable business results.
A solid understanding of Forbes Five Star standards and experience in maintaining and elevating luxury service benchmarks is essential.
You will demonstrate a confident leadership presence, sound judgement, and the ability to balance exceptional guest experience with financial performance.
