Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, and Security.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all departments and maintain operational standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and handle escalations professionally.
- Coordinate with department heads to improve productivity and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Control operational costs and support revenue growth initiatives.
- Conduct regular operational audits and inspections.
- Maintain strong coordination with vendors and external agencies.
- To be a successful Hotel Manager Candidate,
- You must have previous experience as a Hotel Manager.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in hotel operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- You Must be highly responsible and reliable and have the ability to build relationships.
- Knowledge of hotel PMS systems and operational procedures.
