Role overview
Lead daily operations at a partner hotel, upholding guest experience, service quality, and operational efficiency.
Part-time hybrid role in Abu Dhabi Emirate, with on-site duties and some work-from-home reporting, coordination, and planning.
Responsibilities
- Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teams; manage reservations and occupancy.
- Monitor budgets and financial performance, and implement policies aligned with brand standards.
- Coordinate with corporate stakeholders, address guest feedback, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
- Support marketing and sales initiatives, develop staff, optimize processes, and use data to improve hotel performance.
Qualifications
- Experience managing hotel operations across front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Leadership, team-supervision, staff-training, guest-relations, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Competence in budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and basic financial reporting.
- Knowledge of hospitality best practices, health and safety regulations, and quality assurance procedures.
- Proficiency with hotel management systems, reservation platforms, and standard office software.
- Prior Hotel General Manager or senior hotel leadership experience is highly preferred.
- Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related education is advantageous.
- Ability to work hybrid in Abu Dhabi Emirate and manage flexible part-time hours.
