Key Requirements
- Extensive experience as a General Manager within luxury hotels or resorts.
- Strong background in hotel operations, revenue management, and team leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve financial targets and maintain exceptional service standards.
- Experience managing multicultural teams and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- **Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.**
