Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Rotational shifts / 6-day work week
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting and financial transactions
- Prepare financial reports and monthly statements
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and hotel revenue records
- Handle payroll support and expense tracking
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and records
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and hotel policies
- Coordinate with auditors and management when required
- Monitor cash flow and support financial planning
- Use hotel accounting software and reporting systems

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality accounting preferred

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and time-management skills
