Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Hostess role based in Dubai.
The Hostess will be responsible for managing reservations, greeting and seating guests, maintaining a welcoming environment, and providing exceptional customer service.
The role requires clear communication with both guests and team members to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with guests from diverse backgrounds
- Experience in managing reservations and maintaining organization in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in customer service and expertise in phone etiquette
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and poise
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor
- ***Previous waitressing experience is a must.***
