As a Hostess, you’re not just welcoming guests and managing reservations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by creating exceptional first impressions and delivering memorable dining experiences that make every guest feel valued and appreciated.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

Welcome and engage guests: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage reservations and seating arrangements, and create a positive first impression of the restaurant

Coordinate guest flow: Efficiently manage table allocations, waiting lists, and guest requests to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Deliver exceptional guest service: Assist guests with inquiries, accommodate special requests whenever possible, and ensure a memorable dining experience

Support restaurant operations: Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to maintain seamless communication and an excellent guest experience

Ensure cleanliness and presentation: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and waiting area, ensuring menus and host stand materials are always presentable

Comply with regulatory standards: Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures while maintaining the highest standards of guest and team member well-being.
