Fresh Food Company is a leading player in introducing local and international franchise brands to the Kingdom.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostess located in Riyadh.
The Hostess will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, answering phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service.
Additional tasks include maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, coordinating with waitstaff and kitchen staff, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming guests
- Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
- Managing reservations and the waitlist
- Familiar with restaurant reservations platform
- Escorting customers to their tables or the waiting area
- Assisting waitstaff during busy periods
- Handling guest complaints professionally and promptly
Must-Have Skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Basic but accurate math skills for cash handling and POS use
- Previous restaurant experience or transferable customer service skills

- وصف الدور هذه وظيفة بدوام كامل في الموقع لمضيفة تقع في الرياض. ستكون المضيفة مسؤولة عن استقبال الضيوف وتوجيههم إلى أماكنهم، وإدارة الحجوزات، والرد على المكالمات الهاتفية، وتقديم خدمة العملاء الاستثنائية. تشمل المهام الإضافية الحفاظ على النظافة في منطقة الطعام، والتنسيق مع طاقم الانتظار وطاقم المطبخ، وضمان تجربة تناول طعام إيجابية لجميع الضيوف.
- المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- استقبال والترحيب بالضيوف
- الرد على المكالمات الهاتفية والاستجابة لاستفسارات العملاء
- إدارة الحجوزات وقائمة الانتظار
- الإلمام بمنصات حجوزات المطاعم
- مرافقة العملاء إلى طاولاتهم أو منطقة الانتظار
- مساعدة طاقم الانتظار خلال فترات الانشغال
- التعامل مع شكاوى الضيوف بشكل احترافي وسريع
- المهارات الأساسية:
- الطلاقة في العربية والإنجليزية
- مهارات تواصل وتفاعل ممتازة
- القدرة على الأداء الجيد تحت الضغط
- مهارات رياضية أساسية ولكن دقيقة للتعامل مع النقد واستخدام نظام نقاط البيع
- خبرة سابقة في المطاعم أو مهارات خدمة عملاء قابلة للتحويل
