Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, investors, and visitors in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
- Manage guest registration, appointments, and visitor records while ensuring a seamless arrival experience.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments with Sales Consultants and Customer Service representatives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area, waiting lounge, and client-facing spaces.
- Provide refreshments and assist guests with general inquiries regarding projects, facilities, and services.
- Support property launches, sales events, client meetings, and VIP visits by ensuring hospitality standards are maintained.
- Liaise with Sales, Customer Service, and Administration teams to facilitate smooth client interactions and follow-ups.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, data entry, and maintaining visitor logs.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered, reflecting the company's brand and reputation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
