You will be part of our Food & Beverage team, working closely with the Restaurant Manager and Team Leader to deliver a seamless and memorable dining experience.

This role collaborates daily with service associates, ensuring smooth operations, strong communication, and a consistently high level of service across the restaurant.

As a Host/Hostess, you are the first and last impression of the restaurant.

You play a key role in shaping each guest’s experience by creating a warm welcome, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth flow of service.

You will act as a central point of communication between guests and the service team, anticipating needs and supporting the team to deliver thoughtful, personalised service.

In the absence of the Manager or Team Leader, you will take ownership of the restaurant operation, ensuring standards are upheld at all times.
