The role is full-time and on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, manage reservations and seating, and ensure a smooth arrival experience.
- Answer phone and in-person inquiries and coordinate table assignments with the service team.
- Keep the reception area organized and reservation records up to date.
- Handle guest requests or concerns promptly and communicate with colleagues to support guest satisfaction.
- Represent the venue and Say HELLO! with a friendly, polished, service-focused approach.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities.
- Solid communication and phone etiquette for inquiries, reservations, and guest interactions.
- Reservation-management skills, including booking organization, seating coordination, and accurate guest records.
- Previous hospitality, front-of-house, or guest-relations experience is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Professional appearance, reliability, and calm, courteous conduct during busy periods.
- English proficiency is required; additional regional languages are an advantage.
