The role provides professional service to guests and aims to create a memorable restaurant dining experience.
Day-to-day duties
- Perform food and beverage service tasks according to the hotel's performance standards.
- Greet and seat customers and serve them professionally, discreetly, and personally.
- Know the assigned outlet's food and beverage menu to assist and advise guests.
- Monitor the quality of food and beverages served.
- Maintain customer relations and address complaints and queries satisfactorily.
- Maintain outlet hygiene, cleanliness, and service equipment.
- Prepare service setups before, during, and after service.
- Minimize wastage, breakage, and spoilage.
- Use upselling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.

- Provide professional, discreet, and personalized service to guests.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the assigned outlet's food and beverage menu.
- Show care, confidence, attentive listening, and timely responsiveness to guest needs.
