What You'll Do

  • Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they depart
  • Monitor dining room seating and table availability
  • Manage waitlists and provide accurate wait-time estimates
  • Ensure guests are comfortable and cared for while waiting
  • Answer phone calls and manage reservations
  • Arrange tables to accommodate larger parties
  • Support the restaurant team in delivering outstanding guest service
  • What are we looking for?
  • Friendly, professional, and outgoing
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Previous cash handling experience
  • Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required
