Overview
- Serve as the primary ambassador for the venue, delivering a professional and welcoming first and last impression
- Take full ownership of the host stand, managing reservations, walk-ins, waitlists, and overall seating flow
- Communicate wait times, availability, and service expectations clearly and confidently
- Work closely with the floor manager and service team to support efficient table management and smooth operations
- Monitor the dining room continuously, anticipating pressure points and adjusting guest flow as needed
- Address guest concerns or dissatisfaction with empathy, discretion, and sound judgment
- Maintain a calm, organised, and approachable presence during high-volume service
- Uphold brand standards, values, and presentation at all times
- Ensure fair, consistent, and professional treatment of all guests, including regulars, first-time visitors, and VIPs
- Contribute positively to front-of-house culture through teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail
- Fluent English required; Arabic is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident managing busy services and guest expectations
- Professional appearance and composed demeanor
- Guest-focused, observant, and solutions-oriented
