Host/ess position at the Penrose Lounge, Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach.
What you will do
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional dining service in collaboration with servers.
- Manage the host stand, review reservations, and recommend table-section setup.
- Maintain clean dining-room sections and make necessary improvements.
- Check tables before opening to ensure they are properly set.
- Develop working knowledge of menus, ingredients, and restaurant information.
What you bring
- One to two years of previous food and beverage outlet experience.
- Luxury hotel employment experience is considered an asset.
- Ability to operate computer equipment and food and beverage computer systems.
- Strong communication skills.
