Own the Door: Create a warm and memorable first impression by welcoming every guest with a smile and genuine enthusiasm

Manage the Flow: Oversee table availability, manage waitlists and call-ahead seating, and provide accurate wait times to ensure a seamless guest experience

Seating: Escort guests to their tables while engaging in friendly conversation. Anticipate their needs, including seating preferences, highchairs, or accessibility accommodations

Answer the Phone: Provide a warm and helpful phone experience by answering guest inquiries about the menu, hours, or directions

Know Your Stuff: Stay knowledgeable about our menu and confidently offer recommendations, especially to first-time guests
