About This Role

Position Summary: The Hospitality Supervisor will be responsible for oversee daily hospitality operations, supervise household staff, and ensure the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and organization. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a smooth and professional environment for residents and guests.

Responsibilities:

Staff Supervision & Management

• Supervise hospitality staff including housemaids and support personnel, ensuring work schedules, task delegation, and daily briefings are properly managed.
• Monitor staff performance and maintain a professional and efficient work environment.
• Ensure staff documentation and compliance requirements are properly maintained and updated.

Villa Operations & Maintenance

• Conduct regular inspections of the villa to ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper maintenance of all areas.
• Coordinate maintenance services and ensure any operational issues are resolved promptly.
• Oversee pest control and sanitation services to maintain a hygienic environment.

Inventory & Supplies Management

• Manage inventory of household supplies, linen, amenities, and equipment.
• Ensure timely replenishment and maintain adequate stock levels.

Vehicle & Logistics Coordination

• Monitor vehicle servicing schedules, registrations, and general condition to ensure vehicles remain ready for use.
• Coordinate private airport pickups and drop-offs for guests to ensure smooth travel arrangements.

Guest Services

• Handle guest and resident requests or complaints professionally and discreetly.
• Ensure timely follow-up and resolution to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.

Purchasing & Budget Coordination

• Support the owner/manager with budgeting, purchasing, and cost control for household operations.
• Conduct personal shopping for household members as required.

Warehouse & Asset Management

• Supervise the storage and organization of household items in the warehouse.
• Manage the sale of unused or excess items through appropriate online platforms when required.

Financial & Administrative Tasks

• Oversee petty cash or money exchange related to household expenses.
• Track expiration dates for staff documents and ensure timely renewals.

Emergency Handling

• Address operational issues or emergencies promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other household staff to ensure smooth service delivery and maintain a harmonious environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as hospitality supervisor, house manager or similar role.
• Familiarity with household maintenance systems, smart-home automation, and general property upkeep.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
