Position Overview
We are seeking a **Hospitality Coordinator** to oversee and manage daily hospitality operations.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, hospitality knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between guests, staff, and vendors.
The Hospitality Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining Prague Gate LLC’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate hospitality services including guest relations, event support, and service logistics.
- Liaise with guests, staff, and external partners to ensure efficient communication.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, events, and client communications.
- Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities to enhance guest engagement.
- Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements for service quality.
- Assist in organizing events, conferences, and special hospitality programs.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar’s hospitality regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in hospitality coordination, guest services, or event management.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality processes, guest relations, and service standards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and hospitality management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
