About This Role
- High school diploma or Diploma as a minimum requirement.
- Saudi nationality – required.
- 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, cashiering, or customer service.
- Fluency in English – required.
- Professional appearance and good manners.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to welcome guests, manage reservations, and organize waiting lists (Host role).
- Ability to handle cash and electronic payments accurately (Cashier role).
- Strong attention to detail in handling transactions and managing the cash register.
- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Punctual, reliable, and a team player.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems is a plus.
