Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Hospital Pharmacist role based in Riyadh.
The Hospital Pharmacist will be responsible for preparing and dispensing medications, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care, and providing pharmaceutical advice to both patients and medical staff.
Additional responsibilities include reviewing prescriptions for appropriateness, managing stock levels, compounded medications when required, and overseeing compliance with pharmaceutical laws and standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Pharmacy Practice, Pharmaceutical Care, and Compounding procedures
- Knowledge in Pharmacology, Medicine, and pharmaceutical therapies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with healthcare professionals and provide patient counsel
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining safety and regulatory compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or relevant fields; advanced certifications are a plus
- Licensure as a pharmacist in Saudi Arabia or eligibility to obtain it
- Proven experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multidisciplinary environment
