Role description
The Director role is described as full-time and on-site in Mumbai, leading consulting and advisory services in the real estate ecosystem.

Advisory areas include RERA, financial and debt structuring, government and legal advisory, and technology-enabled solutions.
Responsibilities
- Set and review business targets, guide cross-functional teams, monitor operational performance, and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Lead client engagement and grow consulting and advisory services in the real estate ecosystem.
- Develop new service offerings, expand market presence, and strengthen relationships with clients, regulators, partners, and senior stakeholders.
- Mentor team members, support talent development, and promote innovation, ethical practice, and client-centricity.
Qualifications
- Leadership experience guiding multidisciplinary teams and mentoring senior professionals.
- Proven real estate consulting or advisory expertise; exposure to RERA, financial services, debt syndication, or government and legal advisory is ideal.
- Strategic planning and business development capabilities, including growth objectives, new offerings, and client portfolio expansion.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, financial analysis, risk assessment, and commercial decision-making skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and coordinate complex, multi-project environments.
- An advanced degree in Business, Finance, Law, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; equivalent senior leadership experience may be considered.
- Commitment to ethical practice, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, and technology-driven innovation.
