Operations and care

• Oversee daily hospital operations, high-quality patient care, efficient workflows, and compliance with local regulations and clinical standards.
• Coordinate medical and administrative departments and optimize resource allocation.
• Maintain communication among clinical staff, support teams, and external partners.

Leadership and improvement

• Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and drive service improvement initiatives.
• Support staff development, training, and performance management.
• Lead strategic planning and strengthen patient and family experience.
• Implement policies that promote safety, equity, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in medicine and ability to collaborate with clinical teams and understand patient-care pathways.
• Proficiency in operations management, budgeting, financial oversight, and resource management.
• Customer service skills focused on patient experience, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution.
• Background in training, staff development, and mentoring; proven leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural setting.
• Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and accreditation standards is an advantage.
• Relevant advanced degree in medicine, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
• Comfort with digital tools and hospital information systems.

Work arrangement

• Hybrid role based in Dubai, combining on-site presence with work-from-home flexibility.
• Part-time position.
