About the role

Your skills and experience

• You will have previous concierge or customer service experience, with proven ability to manage and de-escalate challenging situations, and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• To succeed, you will have exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, along with excellent organisational and time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Above all, patient care will be at the core of everything you do committing to and supporting our Mission and Values.

The Benefits

• Salary: $59,729 to $61,511 per annum (pro rata for part time) , plus 12% superannuation
• Permanent full-time role
