Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hospital administrative operations
- Coordinate between medical, nursing, billing, and support departments
- Manage hospital policies, procedures, and compliance standards
- Ensure adherence to UAE healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements
- Supervise administrative staff and support departments
- Monitor budgets, reports, and operational performance
- Improve workflow efficiency and patient service quality

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong knowledge of hospital operations and healthcare systems
- Experience in regulatory compliance within UAE healthcare sector preferred

- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospital management systems
