Hospice Chaplain (PRN)

Provide spiritual care and emotional support to hospice patients and their families

Conduct spiritual assessments and develop individualized plans of care

Offer prayer, counseling, and grief support based on each patient's beliefs and preferences

Collaborate with nurses, social workers, physicians, and the hospice team to provide holistic care

Support families through end-of-life transitions and the bereavement process

Complete timely and accurate documentation

Make a lasting impact during one of life's most important moments

Build meaningful relationships with patients and families

Be part of a compassionate interdisciplinary hospice team

Enjoy autonomy while serving patients in their homes and communities

Help provide comfort, dignity, and peace through individualized spiritual care

Degree in Theology, Divinity, Pastoral Studies, or a related field preferred

Previous chaplain, pastoral care, hospice, healthcare, or ministry experience preferred

Knowledge of end-of-life care and the hospice philosophy

Ability to provide spiritual care to individuals of all faiths, beliefs, and backgrounds

Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills

Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
