A well known Food Industries company, is seeking an ambitious and professional HORECA Sales Specialist (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering).
The ideal candidate is a strategic hunter with a passion for luxury hospitality products and a proven track record of building long-term partnerships with elite hotels and dining establishments across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target high-potential clients within the hospitality sector (Hotels, fine-dining restaurants, Cafes and premium catering companies).
- Showcase and present our luxury portfolio (Artisan Chocolates, Macarons, Stuffed Dates, and Signature Hospitality Sweets) to key decision-makers.
- Coordinate and lead product tasting sessions with Executive Chefs and F&B Managers.
- Negotiate annual supply contracts and achieve defined sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage post-sale relationships to ensure consistent service quality and long-term brand loyalty.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide feedback for product development tailored to hotel needs.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in HORECA sales within the UAE food and beverage industry.
- Network: Must possess a strong existing network of contacts among F&B Managers and Executive Chefs in the UAE.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills, with the ability to sell "value" over "price."
- License: A valid UAE Driving License.
- Deep understanding of the luxury confectionery and food service market.
- Arabic speaking is plus.
