HORECA Sales Executive – Food Distribution (High Commission Role)
About The Role
We are a start-up food distribution business in the UAE dealing in rice, cooking oil, eggs, and essential food items.
We are hiring a results-driven sales professional who can open doors, close deals, and build a strong HORECA client base.
This role is for hunters, not order-takers.
What You’ll Do
Bring in new business from hotels, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and catering companies
Use your existing network to generate immediate sales
Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets
Build strong relationships with chefs, buyers, and decision-makers
Expand accounts and increase repeat orders
Stay sharp on market pricing and competition
Who We’re Looking For
Proven HORECA food sales experience in the UAE
Strong existing contacts in restaurants/hotels (this is critical)
Confident closer with negotiation skills
Self-driven, target-focused, and hungry to earn
UAE driving license (mandatory).
Preferably personal car.
English required (Arabic is a plus)
Compensation
Fixed salary
High, uncapped commission – earnings tied directly to performance
