About The Role

We are seeking a **high‑energy, relationship‑driven HoReCa Salesman** to expand and manage our food‑service customer base across Dubai.

The ideal candidate has **strong existing relationships** with chefs, purchasing managers, and decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, catering companies, bakeries, cafés, and institutional kitchens.

This role is for someone who thrives in a **fast‑paced, quota‑driven** sales environment, understands the **dynamics of Dubai’s HoReCa sector**, and can consistently deliver revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key decision-makers in HORECA establishments, including hotels, restaurants, and catering companies, driving business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the HORECA sector, focusing on market penetration and expansion.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively prospecting and generating leads within the HORECA landscape, securing new accounts.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and tastings tailored to HORECA clients, effectively communicating product value and benefits.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in new customer acquisition within HoReCa – UAE
  • Strong background in FMCG sales
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently close new accounts
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, field-oriented, and target-driv
  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of the HORECA market, including its dynamics, trends, and key players.
