Overview
We have an urgent requirement for HoReCa Manager (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés/Catering) for our client based in Riyadh /Jeddah/Dammam Saudi.
A HoReCa Manager (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés/Catering) is responsible for developing and managing business with food service clients, either from the supplier side (FMCG, distributors) or operations side (hospitality groups, malls).--

1. Business Development
Identify and onboard hotels, restaurants, and cafésBuild partnerships with key players like premium dining brands, hotel chains Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply terms
2. Key Account Management
Manage major clients (e.g., hotel groups, restaurant chains)Ensure consistent orders and long-term relationshipsHandle complaints, service issues, and retention
3. Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly/annual sales targetsIntroduce new products into menus or supply listsPlan promotions and volume deals
4. Supply Chain Coordination
Work with logistics/warehouse teams for timely deliveryEnsure stock availability and avoid disruptionsMonitor demand forecasting
5. Market Intelligence
Track competitor pricing and offeringsIdentify food trends and customer preferencesSuggest new SKUs for HoReCa clients
