Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position in Dubai for a Homeroom Teacher - Elementary.
The Homeroom Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons to promote student development, assessing and monitoring student progress, fostering a positive classroom environment, and collaborating with colleagues and parents to support student success.
The teacher will integrate innovative teaching strategies aligned with the school’s American Curriculum and inclusive philosophy.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Teaching and Training with the ability to engage and support elementary students effectively.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education, with experience in delivering a curriculum in alignment with established standards.
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues in a collaborative and professional manner.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs in an inclusive environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Relevant teaching qualification and certification (e.g., teaching license or diploma).
- Experience teaching in an American Curriculum school is an advantage.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and engaging classroom environment for young learners.
- Bilingual Speakers only (Arabic and English)
