Homecare Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic **Homecare Supervisor** to oversee and manage home healthcare operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day homecare operations and ensure service excellence
- Manage and lead a team of 80+ healthcare staff, including nurses and caregivers
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and productivity
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies (DHA/DOH/MOH as applicable)
- Coordinate with operations, HR, and licensing teams for staffing and onboarding
- Handle patient care escalations and ensure timely resolution
- Conduct regular audits, training, and performance evaluations
- Maintain accurate reports and documentation of operations and staff activities
Requirements
- Minimum **7+ years of experience in the healthcare industry**
- Proven experience managing **large teams (80+ staff)**
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience in **home healthcare or similar setting** is highly preferred
- Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations (DHA/DOH/MOH) is an advantage
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
