We are seeking a compassionate and dependable **Homecare Nurse/Caregiver** to provide high-quality care and support to patients in their homes.
The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, caring, and dedicated to ensuring the comfort and well-being of individuals under her care.
This role requires strong caregiving skills, empathy, and the ability to work independently in a homecare environment.
**Note:** Candidates **must have their own valid UAE visa**.
Tagalog-speaking candidates are required.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct homecare support according to the patient’s individualized care plan.
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to supervisors or family members.
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as hygiene, mobility, feeding, and medication reminders.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to patients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation.
- Follow all homecare safety guidelines and company protocols.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure coordinated and consistent care.
Qualifications
- Nursing background (Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred).
- **Prior homecare experience is required.**
- Strong caregiving abilities and basic clinical knowledge.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a homecare setting.
- Relevant homecare or nursing experience from previous roles.
- **Tagalog speaking is mandatory.**
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience caring for elderly, pediatric, or long-term patients.
- Basic understanding of homecare documentation.
