Homecare Nurse/Caregiver – Females only

About This Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Homecare Nurse/Caregiver to provide high-quality care and support to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, caring, and dedicated to ensuring the comfort and well-being of individuals under her care. This role requires strong caregiving skills, empathy, and the ability to work independently in a homecare environment.

Note: Candidates must have their own valid UAE visa.
Tagalog-speaking candidates are required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct homecare support according to the patient’s individualized care plan.
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to supervisors or family members.
• Assist patients with daily living activities such as hygiene, mobility, feeding, and medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to patients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation.
• Follow all homecare safety guidelines and company protocols.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure coordinated and consistent care.

Qualifications:

• Nursing background (Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred).
• Prior homecare experience is required.
• Strong caregiving abilities and basic clinical knowledge.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a homecare setting.
• Relevant homecare or nursing experience from previous roles.
• Tagalog speaking is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience caring for elderly, pediatric, or long-term patients.
• Basic understanding of homecare documentation.
