Home Renovation Site Supervisor

Overview

• Oversee all day-to-day site operations across home renovation projects, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage, coordinate, and supervise subcontractor teams on-site — assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and holding teams accountable to project milestones.
• Prepare and manage project estimations, tracking costs and flagging any budget variances early.
• Coordinate deliveries of materials and equipment, ensuring the right resources are on-site at the right time to avoid project delays.
• Liaise closely with suppliers, maintaining strong relationships and negotiating where necessary to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Act as the key point of contact between the company, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients — ensuring clear and consistent communication at all times.
• Conduct regular site inspections to enforce safety protocols and ensure full compliance with regulations.
• Proactively identify and resolve on-site issues, keeping management informed at every stage.
