Role responsibilities
- Oversee home nursing operations and ensure high-quality patient care.
- Lead and support nursing coordinators and field nursing staff.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality standards for home healthcare.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and resolve complaints or service issues.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, clinical protocols, and company policies.
- Manage staffing, recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of nursing personnel.
- Coordinate service delivery with hospitals, doctors, and healthcare partners.
- Prepare operational reports and analyze service performance for continuous improvement.
- Control budgets, resource allocation, and operational costs.
- Drive business growth through service quality, client relationships, and organizational reputation.
Preferred qualifications and availability
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Three years of home-nursing experience is preferred.
- English is preferred.
- A Nursing Certificate is preferred.
- Day-shift availability is preferred.
- Willingness to travel 75% is preferred.
Pay and benefits
- ₹36,000–₹57,750 per month.
