Clinical Responsibilities
- Administer IV, IM, and SC injections safely and provide wound dressing and dressing changes.
- Support elderly and bedridden patients with home care.
- Assist with oxygen therapy, nebulization, diabetes management, and insulin administration.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and clinical observations.
- Follow infection-control and biomedical-waste-disposal protocols.
- Verify patient identity, consent, and procedure confirmation before clinical activities.
Documentation and Patient Support
- Maintain accurate visit records through the Zypheal mobile app.
- Escalate clinical concerns or patient deterioration to the on-call virtual doctor.
- Maintain a professional, calm, and reassuring bedside manner.
- Travel within the assigned PIN-code or geographical zone for scheduled home visits.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of hands-on clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or home healthcare setting.
- GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, or a recognized equivalent qualification.
- Valid State Nursing Council registration or license in good standing.
- Comfort working independently at patients' homes and willingness to travel within the assigned zone.
- Strong communication and patient-handling skills.
- Basic smartphone and app literacy for scheduling and documentation.
- A two-wheeler is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is ₹25,000.00 to ₹30,000.00 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person during scheduled home visits within the assigned geographical zone.
