We are looking for a skilled and professional Massage Therapist to join our growing Home wellness team.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about client care, experienced in therapeutic massage techniques, and comfortable providing high-quality treatments in clients’ homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional in-home massage treatments such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, relaxation therapy, aromatherapy, and lymphatic drainage
- Perform advanced body treatments including maderotherapy (wood therapy) and body contouring techniques
- Deliver effective lymphatic drainage sessions to promote circulation, recovery, and overall wellness
- Conduct brief client consultations before treatments to understand individual needs and preferences
- Create a relaxing, safe, and professional environment during every home service session
- Follow strict hygiene and sanitization procedures for all tools, linens, and equipment
- Maintain client privacy, comfort, and professionalism at all times
- Guide clients on aftercare, hydration, and wellness practices after treatments
- Adhere to company policies, service standards, and professional ethics
- Ensure consistent service quality and customer satisfaction with every appointment

Skills
- Certification or professional training in massage therapy or a related wellness field
- Practical experience in lymphatic drainage massage techniques
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in maderotherapy / wood therapy
- Good understanding of anatomy, muscle structure, and the lymphatic system
- Previous experience in spa, salon, wellness center, or home massage services is an advantage
- Excellent massage techniques with strong pressure control and client care skills
- Professional appearance with a calm and positive attitude
- Strong attention to hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation
- Ability to work independently and manage appointments efficiently
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Physically fit and able to perform multiple treatment sessions daily
- Flexible schedule and willingness to travel for home service appointments
