• Position Highlights
• POSITION SUMMARY: Assists clients in their homes/facilities with personal care activities, exercises, ambulation activities, and medication reminders. Performs simple treatments and procedures such as changing dressings per RN instruction. Provides minor household chores, meal preparation, and runs errands. Communicates with supervisory personnel appropriately.
• POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
• Successful completion of a formal certification training program and/or written skills test and competency evaluation.
• C.N.A. or H.C.A. certification and/or experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Valid car insurance to meet minimum requirements.
• Maintains a current CPR certification.
