Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Abu Dhabi team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for premium products and strong sales experience in B2C or B2B segments, preferably in the luxury home Elevators industry.
You will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to project handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Cibes home lift solutions to residential and commercial clients.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries, site visits, and client meetings.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical information.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors.
- Collaborate with the technical and operations team to ensure project requirements are met.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activity in the UAE.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Updating the CRM system and generating reports to the management, maintain updated records, not limited
- to pipeline, actual numbers, orders, and shared folder
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the lift/elevator, construction, or interior design sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
- UAE driving license is a must.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellence.
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
