Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Home Nurse to provide professional nursing care and support to patients in their homes.
The ideal candidate should be patient-focused, reliable, and capable of delivering high-quality healthcare services while ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes according to care plans and physician instructions
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall health condition
- Administer medications, injections, wound care, and other prescribed treatments
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including mobility, personal hygiene, and nutrition, when required
- Educate patients and family members on health management, medication schedules, and preventive care
- Maintain accurate patient records and prepare reports as needed
- Respond promptly to patient concerns and emergency situations
- Coordinate with doctors, caregivers, and family members to ensure continuity of care
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control protocols, and patient confidentiality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing
- Valid nursing license or eligibility to practice in the UAE (DHA, MOH, or DOH license preferred)
- Minimum 2–3 years of nursing experience, preferably in home healthcare or clinical settings
- Strong knowledge of patient care procedures and infection control practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple patient needs
- Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage
- Physically fit and willing to travel for home visits
- Immediate joiners preferred
