JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

  • Benefit Administration: Oversees health, dental, vision, life, and voluntary benefits for employees.
  • Onboarding & Enrollment: Conducts orientation sessions, educates caregivers/employees on plan options, and manages open enrollment.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensures adherence to federal and state regulations (e.g., ACA, FMLA, COBRA) and maintains accurate records.
  • Employee Support: Acts as the subject matter expert to answer questions regarding coverage, claims, and deductions.
  • Data Management & Vendor Relations: Processes employee deductions, audits benefits billing, and works with insurance carriers/vendors.
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
