Home-Based Cook / Recipe Developer – Healthy Greek Yogurt Café Concept
Al Khawaneej, Dubai, UAE - Full-time / Part-time
We are looking for a passionate and creative Cook / Recipe Developer to join our growing home-based healthy food startup specializing in Greek yogurt products, healthy desserts, smoothie bowls, and wellness-inspired recipes.
We are searching for someone who can help us build and shape the menu by creating unique, high-quality recipes that match a modern healthy lifestyle brand.
Responsibilities
- Prepare healthy café-style food and dessert items.
- Create and develop new recipes for the business.
- Innovate Greek yogurt-based products, healthy desserts, bowls, smoothies, sauces, and seasonal items.
- Assist in building a creative and modern menu concept.
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen organization.
- Help improve food presentation and overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a healthy café, dessert kitchen, or wellness food concept.
- Strong knowledge of healthy ingredients and modern café trends.
- Experience in recipe creation and menu development is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a startup environment.
- Passion for healthy living and aesthetic food presentation.
- Food hygiene and kitchen organization skills are essential.
Preferred
- Female candidates are preferred.
- Experience with Greek yogurt concepts, healthy desserts, protein snacks, or smoothie bowls is a plus.
- Creative mindset with the ability to bring fresh ideas to the brand.

We are a new home-grown startup based in Al Khawaneej, Dubai, building a fresh healthy café concept centered around Greek yogurt and wellness-focused products, with plans for future growth and expansion.
